Gordon Ramsay credits a helmet for saving his life after a serious bike accident in Connecticut. The celebrity chef took to social media over Fatherβs Day weekend to share his ordeal, still shaken a week later.
βThis week I had a really bad accident while riding my bike in Connecticut,β Ramsay wrote.
βIβm doing ok and did not break any bones or suffer any major injuries but I am a bit bruised up looking like a purple potato.β
Ramsay, an avid cyclist, emphasized the importance of wearing a helmet regardless of the journeyβs length or cost, calling them βcrucial.β
