According to NOLA.com, the **shooting occurred on Saturday, February 8**, at approximately **9:30 p.m.** near the **14000 block of Dwyer Boulevard**. A **deputy from the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office** was flagged down at the scene and discovered **two victims with gunshot wounds to the torso**.

Both victims were **transported to a nearby hospital** for treatment. Their current condition has not been disclosed.

Suspects and Arrests

Authorities revealed that **one of the victims** had been involved in a **physical altercation** with **two men**, identified as **Christopher Nguyen and Timothy Nguyen**. During the fight, **Timothy allegedly pulled out a firearm and opened fire**, hitting both victims.

Law enforcement officers quickly **apprehended both suspects**. They have been charged with:
